I came into the store and there was only one table seated and two people serving. I walked in and asked out loud ( after waiting at the door) do I seat myself? and no one came to seat us, so we just sat down anywhere. (It was my first time at mango mango) When we sat down and looked at the menu we were siting for like 6 minutes till someone came to the table( again the store was basically empty and there were two servers). We ordered and the male server was rushing us and was rude, when I ask questions about things on the menu. I ordered, but I really wanted to leave however the food was ready. (I’m not gonna lie the food was really good! It’s the best part of this experience) another server came and grabbed my extra fork and napkin since she said we weren’t using it. It was weird like she was rushing us. When do they ever take napkins back?? I was in the middle of eating the dessert, I understand taking the fork, but not the napkins. It also felt a little weird that while we’re were waiting and eating every other guest no matter how packed it got was welcomed at the door immediately. And my friend and I were the only Black people in the store at the time….. not saying it was rac

We walked here from our hotel, we enjoyed the walk. The service was not the best, the girl was by herself and she wasn’t the most friendliest. The desserts were okay, I feel I’ve had better in New York. But it’s worth the try if you’re in the area!

A fun spot if you’re into mango-based desserts—especially classics like mango sticky rice. The portion is satisfying, and the combination of warm sticky rice with fresh, sweet mango makes it a comforting and simple treat that hits the spot. The menu is quite wide with lots of mango variations, so it’s easy to come back and try something different each time. It’s more of a casual dessert café vibe, quick service, clean space, and popular for a post-meal sweet fix in LIC.

Exciting place and full of energy, and good dessert. Definitely bring a loved one or two here and enjoy a dessert over a casual setting. It is also super close to the train and LIC water front!

Mango Mango in Long Island City is a sweet little spot that delivers exactly what the name promises—mango goodness. I came for the mango sticky rice and it did not disappoint. The rice was warm and soft, and the fresh mango was perfectly ripe and sweet. It’s a simple dessert done really well. The place is clean, service is quick, and they have a fun selection of other mango-based treats I’ll definitely be coming back to try. Great spot for a quick dessert fix in LIC.
